How quickly will I receive a quote?

We guarantee a response to every enquiry within 24 hours. For standard items (DIN keyway, spline, hex broaches in our standard range), we often respond the same day. For complex custom profiles requiring design work, allow 24–48 hours for a full quotation.

What drawing formats do you accept?

We accept DXF, PDF, STEP, DWG, and IGES formats. If you only have a sketch or dimensions, please describe the profile in your enquiry and we will work with you to define the drawing. Send drawings directly to info@skbroach.com.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We supply single prototype broaches for development as well as production quantities. Pricing is quantity-dependent — higher quantities receive better unit pricing. Please state your expected annual quantity in your enquiry so we can offer the best pricing structure.

What payment terms do you offer for export orders?

For new export customers, we typically work on advance payment (Proforma Invoice basis) or Letter of Credit (LC). For established customers, we can discuss credit terms. We accept T/T (Bank Wire Transfer) and major international payment methods.

How long does delivery take to Europe / USA?

Manufacturing lead time for standard items: 1–3 weeks. Custom items: 2–5 weeks. Air freight (DHL/FedEx) to Europe: 3–5 days. Sea freight: 3–5 weeks. We recommend air freight for small, urgent orders and sea freight for larger, regular orders.

Do you provide material test certificates?

Yes. Material Test Certificates (MTC/MTR) are available for all orders on request. We use M2 and M35 HSS from certified suppliers with traceable mill certificates. Test certs are provided in English.
